By submitting your application to participate in the 2026 Keshet Europe Annual Network Summit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Data Protection and Consent

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that:

•⁠  ⁠Your personal data will be processed by Keshet Europe and, where relevant, by its funders solely for purposes related to the application, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the event.

•⁠  ⁠The data will be stored securely and retained for a maximum of two (2) years after the selection process.

•⁠  ⁠You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@kesheteurope.org.

Liability Waiver

•⁠  ⁠Participation in the event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to light physical activities and transportation provided by non-professional, non-commercial drivers. These drivers are licensed but not certified professionals.

•⁠  ⁠By attending, you acknowledge and accept these conditions knowingly and voluntarily, and agree to participate at your own risk.

•⁠  ⁠You hereby release Keshet Europe, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the event.

•⁠  ⁠You hereby release Keshet Europe, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage that may occur during CSD Berlin Pride participation as a walking group as well as the House of Pride - Post-Party, both taking place on Saturday, 25th of July 2026.

Responsibility for Damages and Loss

•⁠  ⁠Participants will be held personally responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to property, facilities, or vehicles used during the event both in the venues and in the hotel hosting participants.

•⁠  ⁠In the event damages occur and no individual is identified as responsible, costs may be shared equally among all participants.

•⁠  ⁠Keshet Europe is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.
