Keshet Europe represents Jewish—LGBTQIA+ individuals and organizations. Membership is open to Jewish—LGBTQIA+ organizations and individuals, as well as allied organizations and individuals who share Keshet Europe mission.
Keshet Europe operates across all Council of Europe member states, as well as in observer states Canada, Israel, Mexico, United States of America including Belarus, Kosovo, and Russia. It supports and connects local Jewish—LGBTQIA+ communities, grassroots activists, and allied organisations through events, partnerships, and shared resources, fostering visibility, inclusion, and collaboration across Europe.
We provide local Jewish Queer organizations with guidance, resources, and strategic support to strengthen their programs, grow their communities, and advance Jewish and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
We ensure safety and inclusivity through clear policies, dedicated staff training, and coordination with local partners. Every program follows a strict Code of Conduct, and we make a constant effort to represent the full diversity of our community. Feedback and care are built into our processes to ensure everyone feels welcome and heard.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not one of our core focus areas, as our mission is centered on supporting Jewish—LGBTQIA+ individual and organisations in Europe, building community, and addressing the challenges they face in their local contexts. That said, we firmly support peace and a just resolution that guarantees safety, dignity, and self-determination for both Israelis and Palestinians.
