Introduction
The Keshet Europe Academy is an innovative program modeled on the structure of Model United Nations simulations. Participants participate in a retreat assuming the roles of Keshet Europe’s partners—including Jewish communities, LGBTQAI+ organizations, and allies across Europe—and engage in collaborative exercises designed to explore dialogue, address challenges, and foster meaningful connections across diverse perspectives.

About
During the last Academy edition, Keshet Europe has gathered for a unique retreat in Marsuria, Poland. Ten participants have come together under one roof to celebrate Hannukkah, connect, and imagine new possibilities for our communities.
The retreat is open to all members of Keshet Europe, including organizational representatives and individual members up to 35 years old. Participation requires a successful application, and your place will be confirmed only upon selection. By registering for the event, you will automatically become a member of Keshet Europe, unlocking access to exclusive member benefits.
